IFG Sokrat advises strategic and financial investors on their M&A activities and assists foreign and local corporate clients in raising capital in financial markets by IPO and Private Placements. Sokrat trades major Ukrainian stocks and bonds, conducts brokerage operations with ADRs/GDRs, and operates on Ukrainian Stock Exchanges with a research team that covers all major sectors of the Ukrainian economy. Sokrat also manages three debt, equity and real estate funds.
